Embezzlement charges top recent arraignments.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Englebrecht

– Jessica Michelle Englebrecht, 33, of 305 E. Broadway Ave., Scottville, was arrested April 1 by MSP on a felony charge of embezzlement from a vulnerable adult between $1,000 to $20,000. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 25 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500 personal recognizance.

Buchholz

-Austin William Buchholz, 25, of 280 N. Northwood Dr., Branch Township, was arrested July 16 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine), delivery/manufacturing non-narcotic controlled substance, and possession of analogues. Preliminary hearing: Nov. 25 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Andrea Mae Johnson, 43, of 823 N. Benson Rd., Branch Township; Nov. 7; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) second offense. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 1 p.m. Bail: $500 cash.

-Andrea Mae Johnson, 43, of 823 N. Benson Rd., Branch Township; Nov. 10; Michigan State Police (MSP); OWI second offense. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500 cash.

-Austin James McCumber, 25, homeless; Nov. 1; LPD; breaking and entering a vehicle to steal personal property. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Dismissals

-Dustin Irvin Miller, 40, of 1424 Elmwood St., Greenville, had a charge of operating a vehicle without security (no insurance) dismissed on Nov. 10 after pleading guilty to a lesser crime.
