LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in 51st Circuit Court:

Dupree

– David Jon Dupree, 58, of 62 N. Walhalla Rd., Walhalla, was found guilty Sept. 1 of a felony of fourth-degree fleeing and eluding police and a misdemeanor of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and was sentenced Oct. 20 to serve 30 days up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for two days served for Count 1 and two days up front of a 93-day discretionary jail term with credit for two days served for Count 2; one year probation; and $883 in fines and costs.

– Paula Sue Forner-Lundberg, 57, of 6413 S. Stiles Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty Sept. 8 of third-offense OUIL and was sentenced Oct. 20 to serve 60 days up front of a one-

– Scott David Alexander, 59, of 2233 N. Sherman Rd., Ludington, was found

guilty Sept. 2 of third-offense OUIL and received an amended sentence Oct. 20 to serve 180 days up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for eight days served; three years probation; and $1,133 in fines and costs.

– Dalton Joseph Verboam, 29, of 607 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was found guilty June 23 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Oct. 20 to 48 days

– Douglas Wayne Blendin, 59, of 505 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 8 of third-offense OUIL and was sentenced Oct. 20 to serve eight months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 116 days served; five years probation; and $1,073 in fines and costs.
