LUDINGTON — The Ludington Police Department has petitioned Mason County’s Probate Court for two Ludington area juveniles accused of breaking and entering several vehicles over the weekend during the early morning hours at the ​Pineway Apartment complex and in the 900 block of Mitchell Street, said Cpt. Steve Wietrzykowski.
