LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Rickert

-Stewart Albert Rickert III, 33, of 1334 Drent Rd., Muskegon, was arrested May 29 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, third offense domestic violence and habitual offender fourth offense. Probable cause hearing: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

Misdemeanors

-Barton Neal Guss, 28, of 4931 ½ N. Cleveland St., Fountain; Sept. 20; Ludington Police Department (LPD); public intoxication. Pretrial: Sept. 28 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Troy Albert Williamson, 51, of 936 College Ave. NE, Apt. 1, Grand Rapids; Sept. 16; LPD; public intoxication and assault and battery. Pretrial: Oct. 13 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent. 

-Zachary Scott Austin, 32, of 305 E. Second St., Ludington; Sept. 16; LPD; transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: Sept. 28 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
