LUDINGTON — The following arraignments took place recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Strohmer-Ardell

– Jarrett Kennedy Strohmer-Ardell, 29, of 14300 Royal Scot Way, West Olive, was arrested on Aug. 19, 2020 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and charged with criminal sexual conduct, second degree. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2020. Bail was set at $25,000 cash/surety.

Moline

– Renee Ann Moline, 36, of 616 E. Dowland St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested on July 1, 2020 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and charged with controlled substance delivery/manufacturing of narcotics. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2020. Bond was set at $25,000 cash/surety.

Vance

– Robbie Lee Vance, 66, of 6169 Meeuwenberg Dr., Twin Lake, was arrested on Aug. 17, 2020 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, third offense. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 3:15 p.m. on Aug. 26, 2020. Bail was set at $5,000, 10% cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

Schmitz-Bromley

– Melissa Marie Schmitz-Bromley, 26, of 123 W. Broadway St., Scottville, was arrested by Scottville Police Department on Aug. 18, 2020 and charged with fourth degree child abuse. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2020. Bail was set at $2,500, 10% cash/surety.

– Joseph Steven Toth, 31, 1521 Seymour Rd., Linden, was arrested May 15, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle with blood alcohol content of .17 or more. A pretrial conference is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. on Sept. 14, 2020. Bail was set at $5,000, 10% cash/surety.

– Julie Ann Prachar, 48, of 807 S. Madison St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested on July 25, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with domestic violence, second offense. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2020. Bail was set at $5,000 cash/surety.
