The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Miller

– Donald Thomas Miller, 32, of 11480 Cadillac Ave., Warren, was arrested Aug. 8 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 19 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.

Bergeron

-Rudolph Edmund Bergeron, 29, of 4068 S. Yale Ct., Baldwin, was arrested Aug. 8 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Aug. 19 at 2 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

-Matthew Bryan Ropp, 35, of 314 Fifth Ave., Manistee, was arrested May 16 by MSP on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (narcotics). Probable cause hearing: Aug. 19 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Kenneth Eugene Wessell, Jr., 48, of 1010 Veterans Oak Grove Dr., Manistee; Aug. 9; Ludington Police Department (LPD); public intoxication. Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Kyle Robert Anthony Plasterer, 30, of 6690 E. Borowski Rd., Sheridan Township; Aug. 9; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Neal Barton Buss, 28, of 604 E. Filer St., Ludington; Aug. 9; MCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Bret David Zacharda, 50, of 301 E. Court St., Apt. 106, Ludington; Aug. 7; LPD; DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 19 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Guilherme DeSiqueira Dos-Santos, 19, of 410 S. Main St., Scottville; Aug. 11; MCSO; second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Jacob Matthew Howe, 27, of 400 W. Third St., Apt. 409, Scottville; Aug. 11; Scottville Police Department (SPD); third degree retail fraud and prohibited use of chemical agents. Pretrial: Oct. 5 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Isabella Dee Kolhoff, 17, of 702 N. Rowe St., Ludington; Aug. 8; LPD; malicious destruction of personal property. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $250 cash.

-Erica Karen Mendez, 38, of 719 E. Loomis St., Apt. 1B, Ludington; Aug. 13; LPD; public intoxication. Pretrial: Sept. 14 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $100 cash.

-Nicole Christine Jaquinde, 48, of 7112 Baltic Dr. SW, Byron Center; Aug. 12; MSP; second offense OWI and driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Sept. 28 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Alexis Nicole Riggs, 18, of 408 S. Staffon St., Ludington; April 14; MSP; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Kyle Jay Tenney, Sr., 45, of 1414 N. US 31, Custer Township; June 28; MSP; illegally taking reptiles while sport fishing. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
