LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason Count’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Fitch

-Kevin Allan Fitch, 30, of 712 N. Emily St., Ludington, was arrested July 22 by the Ludington Police Department of felony charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, interfering with an electronic communications device and domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 5 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.

Daugherty

-Sean Russell Daugherty, 36, of 210 E. Filer St., Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested July 20 by LPD on felony charges of maintaining a drug house and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: July 29 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.

Murphy

-Terrance Antonio Robert Murphy, 40, of 654 Westley, Muskegon, was arrested July 20 by LPD on two felony counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct and habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: July 29 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

McClure

-Joshua Anthony McClure, 49, of 819 Eighth St., Minot, North Dakota, was arrested July 20 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: July 29 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Shayna Marie Schwartz, 29, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 3, Pere Marquette Township; July 22; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and operating without a license. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Joshua Logan Smith, 32, of 6787 96th Ave., Hart; March 20; Michigan State Police (MSP); third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Micah Daniel Reynolds, 17, of 5450 Carlson Rd., Manistee; April 25; MCSO; breaking and entering and malicious destruction of a building. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Kimberly Rae Nelson, 44, of 109 N. Delia St., Apt. 1, Ludington; April 15; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Brennan Todd Morley, 20, of 4068 E. Church St., Fountain; Feb. 9; LPD; three counts of selling/furnished alcohol to a minor. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Melanie Star Mobley, 53, of 111 First St., Ludington; May 15; MSP; third degree retail fraud: Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Dominic Christopher Bell, 25, of 4931 E. US 10, Custer; July 19; LPD; second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Juan Sanchez, Jr., 23, of 217 S. Apple St., Hart; July 17; MCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jason Russell Quick, 33, of 2986 N. US 31, Sherman Township; July 16; MSP; OWI. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
