Cilman

– Paul Arthur Cilman, 59, of 3192 W. Conrad Road, Amber Township, was arraigned on a charge by Mason County Sheriff’s Office for criminal sexual conduct second degree, punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, and criminal sexual conduct fourth degree, punishable by up to two years imprisonment. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on June 10, 2020. Bail was set at $7,500, 10% deposit.

Whelan

– Shannon Marie Wheelan, 49, of 2302 N. Benson Road, Sheridan Township, was arrested May 27, 2020 by Michigan State Police, Hart Post, and charged with assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, punishable by up to two years imprisonment. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 1:15 p.m. on June 10. Bail was set at $2,500, personal recognize.

Vinton

– Bruce Ernest Vinton, 41, of 104 E. Fifth St., Scottville, was arrested May 30, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor, third offense. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 1:45 p.m. on June 10, 2020. Bail was set at $5,000, 10% deposit.

– David Jon Dupree, 58, of 62 N. Walhalla Rd., Branch Township, was arrested May 31, 2020 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, third offense. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on June 10, 2020. Bail was set at $7,500, 10% deposit.

– Jacob Matthew Howe, 27, of 400 W. Third St., Scottville, was arrested Feb. 18, 2020 by State, Sheriff’s, Chief’s Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) and charged with possession of methamphetamine, ecstasy. A probably cause hearing is schedule for 1:15 p.m. on June 10, 2020. Bail was set at $2,500, 10% deposit.
