LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court.

Felonies

Young

– Devonta Gene Young, 25, of 404 N. James St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office on May 25, 2020 and charged with three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, punishable by up to two years imprisonment. A probable cause hearing was scheduled for May 27. Bail was set at $10,000, cash surety.

Sroka

– Brian Lewis Sroka, 46, of 5910 Bayberry Farms Dr. SW, Apt. 7, Wyoming, Mich., was arrested May 26, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, punishable by up to two years imprisonment. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 10, 2020. Bail was set at $10,000, cash surety.

Misdemeanors

– Andres Cantu, 57, homeless, was arrested on May 24, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with indecent exposure, which is punishable by up to one year in jail and/or a fine of $1,000. A pretrial conference is scheduled for 9 a.m. on June 1, 2020. Bail was set at $2,500, 10% deposit.

– Jaramie Edward Jones, 43, of 206 S. Crowley St., Scottville, was arrested May 25, 2020 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and charged with driving a vehicle while license suspended/revoked/denied. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on June 15, 2020. Bail was set at $2,500, 10% deposit.

– Austin Bradley Pringle, 18, of 105 E. Fifth St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested May 23, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with domestic violence, punishable by up to 93 days in jail and/or a $500 fine; disorderly person – drunk; minor in possession of alcohol, third offense, punishable by up to 60 days in jail and/or $500 fine. A pretrial conference is scheduled for June 15, 2020 at 10 a.m. Bail was set at $2,500, 10% deposit.
