LUDINGTON — The following have recently been arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felony

• 

  Shurlow

  Zachary Alan Shurlow, 26, 618 1/2 Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested April 2, 2020 by Michigan State Police Hart Post and charged with tampering with electronic monitoring device and habitual offender. Probable cause hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., April 22, 2020. Bail set at $2,500, 10%.

Misdemeanor

• Brian Christopher Ford, 47, 103 N. Reinberg Ave., Apt. 11, Scottville, was arrested April 6, 2020 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and charged with domestic violence. Pretrial, 1:15 p.m., May 11, 2020. Bail, $2,500 personal recognizance.
• Michael Fuller, 77, of 95 Hilltop Dr., Hart, was arrested on Feb. 11, 2020 by Michigan State Police Hart Post and charged with open intox driver transporting in motor vehicle. Pre-trial, 9:45 a.m., May 11, 2020. Bail, $500 cash.
