LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court.

Felony

Gillette

• Eric Gene Gillette, 32, 109 E. Foster St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested by Ludington Police Department on March 31, 2020, and charged with two counts assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and one count of assault and battery. Bail set at $2,500, 10%. A preliminary examination is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on April 15, 2020.

Misdemeanors

• Michael Andrew Barr, 25, of Ludington (no address provided), was arrested March 19, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with breaking and entering without owner’s permission. The charges stem from an incident that took place in the 100 block of North Staffon Street in the City of Ludington. Bail was set at $2,500, personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for 10 a.m. on April 13, 2020.
• Jessica Nicole Shepard, 37, of 4460 E. Hansen Road, Custer Township, was arrested by Michigan State Police – Hart Post, on April 1, 2020 and charged with domestic violence. Bail set at $2,500, 10%. Pretrial, 10:30 a.m., April 6, 2020.
• Seth Eric Rydstrom, 17, 11628 White Pine Drive, Meade Township, was arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and charged with domestic violence on April 1, 2020. Bail set at $2,500, 10%. Pretrial, 10:45 a.m., April 6, 2020.
