LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

-Rudy Lee Walkley, 30, of 5277 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Summit Township, was arrested Jan. 20 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of assault with a dangerous weapon. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 29 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Mark Allen Zimmer, 48, of 9303 E. US 10, Branch Township; Jan. 17; Michigan State Police (MSP); second offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 10 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $500 cash.

-Kevin Roger Swift, 40, of 604 S. Main St., Bellevue; Jan. 23; Scottville Police Department (SPD); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Mar. 2 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Eric Earl Christmann, 32, of 5984 E. Fountain Rd., Sheridan Township; Jan. 19; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: Feb. 17 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Heather Lynn Campbell-Peterson, 48, of 84 Maple St., Manistee; Jan. 3; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Feb. 10 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Amanda Lynn Steffes, 29, of 1116 Brandy Ln., Pere Marquette Township; Oct. 29; SPD; truancy. Pretrial: Oct. 29 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-David Lee Letherby, 61, of 605 W. Forest Ave., Muskegon. Jan. 21; MCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Feb. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jauwan Lamar Wiggers, 30, of 2382 W. Sherman Blvd., Muskegon; Dec. 3; MCSO; driving while unlicensed. Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

-Joseph James Brightwell, 25, of 990 Ducey, Apt. C, Mukegon; Jan. 26; MCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: Mar. 2 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Gerald Edward Jensen, 38, of 401 Third St., Scottville; Jan. 17; MSP; DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 17 at 10 a.m. Bail: $150 cash.
