LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Hansen

-Timothy Wayne Hansen, 59, of 6717 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Summit Township, was arrested Dec. 22 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of fourth degree fleeing a police officer in a vehicle. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 30 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety. See related story here.

-River Aiden Young, 17, of North Amber Rd., Victory Township; Dec. 23; Ludington Police Department (LPD); aggravated assault. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $250 cash.

-Doris Mae Carter, 34, of 5354 S. Morton Rd., Riverton Township; Dec. 21; MCSO; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Michael Dwayne Gilbert, 51, of 511 N. Rath Ave., Ludington; Dec. 21; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: Jan. 6 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $250 cash.
