LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Robinson

-Thomas James Robinson, Jr., 39, of 1006 Olmstead St., Ludington, was arrested May 28 by the State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.

Knopf

-Dustin Thomas Knopf, 32, of 3523 Hawley St., Muskegon, was arrested Nov. 26 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and controlled substance double penalty. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Lange

-Shawn David Lange, 37, homeless, was arrested Nov. 27 by MCSO on felony charges of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL), fourth degree fleeing police, and failure to stop at the scene of a property damage accident. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Cady

-Lucas Joseph Cady, 38, of 6724 N. Claeys Dr., Sherman Township, was arrested Nov. 25 by MCSO on a felony charge of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent. 

Kirkbridge

-Joel Aaron Kirkbride, 32, of 3160 S. Morton Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested Nov. 26 by MCSO on a felony charge of controlled substance double penalty. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Kelsie Lynn LaFreniere, 27, of 6271 W. Mistey Ln., Hamlin Township; Dec. 2; Ludington Police Department (LPD); operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content. Pretrial: Dec. 16 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Jacob Wayne Peasley, 24, of 14416 Madron Lake Rd., Buchannan, Michigan; Nov. 24; LPD; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Dec. 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Joseph William Kuzma, 27, of 3920 N. US 31, Sherman Township; Nov. 29; Michigan State Police (MSP); domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 9 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Christopher Deshawn Armstrong, 21, of 102 E. Filer St., Apt. 1, Ludington; Aug. 28; LPD; selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor. Pretrial: Dec. 9 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Thayne David Patterson, 33, of 1039 N. William St., Manistee; Nov. 22; LPD; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Dec. 2 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
