51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Nov. 14, 2019.
LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
-Larry Arthur Collins, 58, of 1101 S. Madison Ave., Ludington, pleaded guilty Oct. 1 to failure to register as a sex offender and was sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for 158 days served; must serve five months in jail up front with the balance to be served at the court’s discretion; 24 months of probation; an $658 in fines/costs. Per a plea agreement, the prosecutor will not proceed with charges of fourth offense habitual offender.
-Robert Harold Routley, 24, of 1030 N. William St., Ludington, pleaded guilty Sept. 11 to delivery of a controlled substance and third offense habitual offender and was sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for 78 days served; must serve 10 months in jail up front with the balance to be served at the court’s discretion; 24 months of probation; driver’s license suspended for 60 days and restricted for 305 days; and $598 in fines/costs. Per a plea agreement, the prosecutor will not proceed on double penalty charges of fourth offense habitual offender.
–Allison Marie Bunker, 35, of 5342 E. Fountain Rd., Sheridan Township, pleaded guilty Oct. 1 to first degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for two days served; must serve 50 days in jail up front with the balance served at the court’s discretion; time may be served on weekends from Friday until Monday morning; 24 months of probation; $3,139 in restitution; and $458 in fines/costs.
