The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Himes

-Dustin Allan Himes, 25, of 6501 E. Rossell Lake Rd., Walkerville, was arrested Oct. 10 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of unlawful driving away a motor vehicle, larceny from a motor vehicle and habitual offender supplemental warrant. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 23 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

-Patrick Allen Wardle, 48, of 5002 Timberway Trl., Clarkston; Oct. 10; Ludington Police Department (LPD); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Sherri Jene McLain, 39, of 3427 N. Lincoln Rd., Hamlin Township; Oct. 4; MCSO; operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Crystal Lynne Andersen, 32, of 525 W. Kinney Rd., Riverton Township; Oct. 8; MCSO; operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Carley Ann Wcisel, 21, of 420 N. Park St., Ludington; Oct. 13; MCSO; transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle and driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Gregory Joseph Frey, 48, of 3929 N. Sherman Rd., Hamlin Township; May 20; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Joseph Michael Cook, 27, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 2, Pere Marquette Township; Oct. 9; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Mackenzie David Quillen, 26, of 723 E. Filer St., Ludington; Oct. 10; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
