Rape charges among district court arraignments, Oct. 3, 2019.

The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Badour

-Westley Michael Badour, 21, homeless, was arrested Jan. 23 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of first degree criminal sexual conduct. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 9 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Utz-Harrington

-Raymond Joseph Utz-Harrington, 30, of 5877 N. Beaune Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested Sept. 23 by MCSO on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 2 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. See related story here.

Misdemeanors

-Candice Michele Ohmart, 35, of 225 S. Gibson Rd., Branch Township; Aug. 10; MCSO; fourth degree child abuse. Pretrial: Oct. 14 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-William James Collier, 35, of 6704 W. Virnetta Dr., Pere Marquette Township; Sept. 23; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Quinten Tyler Barnhart, 30, homeless; Sept. 27; Ludington Police Department (LPD); disturbing the peace. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Hallie Alexis Morton, 23, of 3886 N. US 31, Sherman Township; Sept. 30; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Dennis Ray Howard, 43, of 94 E. 16th St., Holland; Aug. 24; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Timothy Charles Zeller, 36, of 6346 N. Dennis Rd., Victory Township; Sept. 29; MCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Anthony Nelson Cole, 48, of 206 S. Jackson Rd., Ludington; Sept. 23; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: Oct. 4 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
