Felony theft tops recent arraignments, Aug. 29, 2019.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Howard

-Dennis Ray Howard, 43, of 94 E. 16th St., Holland, was arrested Aug. 24 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of receiving and concealing stolen property. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Routley

-Robert Harold Routley, 24, of 1030 N. William St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 26 by MCSO on a felony charge of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Olivarez

-Leobardo Alpizar Olivarez, 47, of 3612 W. Anthony Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested Aug. 22 by MCSO on a felony charge of third-offense operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: Sept. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

McGinnis

-Brady Hudson McGinnis, 19, of 3761 Maple Rd., Manistee, was arrested Aug. 25 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of malicious destruction of police or fire property. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Baum

-Jessica Lynn Baum, 32, of 2740 W. Kistler Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested Aug. 20 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of uttering and publishing a state warrant. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

James

-Tony Lamontt James, Jr., 26, of 179 N. Bonnie St., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested July 26 by MCSO on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Sept. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Lawson

-Chassy Renee Lawson, 29, of 1188 Pineway, Ludington, was arrested Aug. 24 by LPD on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Wynikquo Chanese Dean, 23, of 906 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington; Aug. 25; LPD; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Cheryl Ann Bailey, 63, of 104 E. Whittier St., Ludington; Aug. 21; MCSO; trespassing. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Elecia Judith Keeley Bentz, 19, of 16961 Myers Lake Ave., Sand Lake; Aug. 20; MSP; larceny in a building. Pretrial: Aug. 28 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Carrie Ann Carr, 38, of 123 W. State St., Scottville,; Aug. 26; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jeffrey Scott Segelstrom, 52, of 96 Emerson Lake Dr., Branch Township; Aug. 20; MSP; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
