Felony retail fraud tops recent arraignments, posted Aug. 15, 2019.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Caruso

-Robert Paul Caruso, 42, of 9223 Sandy Ct., Mears, was arrested May 28 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of first degree retail fraud. Probable cause hearing: TBD. Bail: $7,500 personal recognizance.

Accardi

-Gregory Frank Accardi, 32, of 1267 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested Aug. 12 by MCSO on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: Aug. 21 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Terry Warren Carr, 66, of 1058 N. Lancer Ln., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested June 29 by MCSO on a felony charge of harboring felons. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 21 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

Courtland

-Taylor Ann Courtland, 23, of 4723 N. Angling Rd., Victory Township, was arrested Aug. 11 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 21 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Utz-Harrington

-Raymond Joseph Utz-Harrington, 30, of 1559 N. Benson Rd., Branch Township, was arrested Aug. 12 by MCSO on a felony charge of interfering with an electronic communications device. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 21 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Tina Lynn Woodruff, 58, of 3752 W. VanBuren Rd., Hart; July 2; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Lee Walter Peterson, 33, of 5751 W. Barton St., Pere Marquette Township; July 17; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Mariah Mae Brault, 26, of 926 E. Tinkham Ave., Apt. 313, Ludington; Aug. 7; Ludington Police Department (LPD); domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Tammy Lavon Gage, 57, of 2374 E. Sanders St., Custer; Aug. 6; MCSO; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Charles Martin Kraus, 48, of 1744 Patrick Henry Rd., Amber Township; July 24; MCSO; second offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Justin Ray Harper, 36, of 13065 Center Rd., Bath; Aug. 12; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
