LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court: 

Felonies

Wright

-Michael Lawrence Wright, 41, of 4415 S. Sheridan Dr., Fruitport, was arrested July 28 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault). Probable cause hearing: Aug. 7 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Weldon

-Patrick Joseph Weldon, 42, of 1465 Woodlawn Dr., Clare, was arrested July 24 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: July 31 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Aidan Scott Hegg, 22, of 200 W. Ludington Ave., Ludington; July 28; LPD; second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Aug. 12 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Jessica Lynn Moore, 30, of 17085 Gary Ave., Grand Haven; July 22; LPD; second offense OWI. Pretrial: Aug. 12 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Morton Arthur Shimel, II, 43, of 602 Fourth St., Ludington; July 28; MSP; operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content. Pretrial: Aug. 5 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Joseph Benjamin Ter-Haar, 33, of 7110 Martin Rd., Branch Township; July 25; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 5 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Tyler Leon Michael White, 20, of 1150 Brandy Ln., Pere Marquette Township; July 23; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 12 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Brian Joseph Watkins, 49, of 11763 Cranberry Lake Rd., Gladwin; July 24; LPD; disorderly person public intoxication. Pretrial: Aug. 5 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

-Joshua Daniel Hellman, 34, of 2590 E. Michigan St., Free Soil; July 7; MSP; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: Aug. 12 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Chauntell Ann McDonald, 21, of 11175 W. Centerline Rd., Sherman Township; July 8; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: Aug. 12 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Kit Albert McClure, 69, of 2946 S. Grantsyn Trl., Branch Township; July 13; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: Aug. 5 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
