Rhythm & Dunes concert to feature Styx, Foreigner, Journey tribute band.
LUDINGTON — West Shore Bank’s Rhythm & Dunes free concert series ends Saturday, Aug. 3, with the tribute band Trinity at Waterfront Park. The California-based band honors the iconic classic bands Styx, Foreigner and Journey.
The evening events begin at 5 p.m. when the food vendors open. The Mason County Central High School Jazz Band will perform at 6 p.m. and Trinity takes the stage at 7 p.m. A portion of vendor proceeds, along with funds raised through donations, are given to support music programs at Ludington Area Public Schools, Mason County Central Public Schools and Mason County Eastern Public Schools.
Concert attendees are asked to bring a lawn chair or a blanket. Coolers are welcome but dogs are discouraged, due to the highly concentrated crowds.
