LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Jabrocki

-David Matthew Jabrocki, 76, of 5848 N. Stiles Rd., Victory Township, was arrested June 29 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault). Probable cause hearing: July 10 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Kenyon-Kinny

-Anythony Karl Kenyon-Kinney, 30, of 11729 Keneville Rd., Eaton Rapids, was arrested June 29 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: July 10 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

-Ronald William Klemm, 67, of 790 NE Tahuya River Rd., Tahuya, Wash.; June 24; Ludington Police Department (LPD); operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content. Pretrial: July 8 at 11 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.
