LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Case

-Matthew Dustin Case, 33, of 229 ½ Second St., Ludington, was arrested June 22 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Probable cause hearing: July 3 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Everette

-Shawnna Beth Everette, 40, of 3790 W. Sass Rd., Manistee, was arrested June 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of third-degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: June 26 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

-Anthony Werner Priese, 38, of 508 ½ E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested May 25 by LPD on a felony charge of third offense domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: July 3 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Michael Anthony Molina, 23, of 603 S. Washington Ave., Ludington; June 23; LPD; second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: July 8 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

-Jerry Jawaun Raymond Gist, 23, of 1000 Sixth St., Apt. 45, South Haven; June 16; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: July 15 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Richard Leon Seymour, III, 25, of 7121 W. Jagger Rd., Hamlin Township; June 20; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: July 1 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Brenda Marie Copeland, 43, of 206 S. Delia St., Ludington; June 17; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: July 15 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Adam Wayne Nelson, 44, of 503 E. First St., Ludington; June 11; LPD; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: July 15 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance. 

-Joseph Benjamin Ter-Haar, 33, of 7110 Martin Rd., Branch Township; June 19; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and driving while license suspended. Pretrial: July 8 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.
