Fire severely damages Dewey Road house trailer.

VICTORY TOWNSHIP — Fire severely damaged a house trailer at 86 W. Dewey Road late Saturday morning, May 25, 2019. Initial dispatch information stated there was a fire underneath the home, owned by Mike Keith. The first fire department units arriving on scene reported that smoke was coming out of the eaves. The trailer also included a stick-built addition.

The fire was dispatched about 11:15 a.m. As of 12:30 p.m. crews were still on scene.

Emergency crews responding included Scottville Fire Department, Hamlin Township Fire Department, Fountain Area Fire Department, Custer Fire Department, Branch Township Fire Department, Scottville Police Department, and Life EMS.
