Pistol found in car during drunk driving arrest.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP – Mason County deputies found a .22 caliber pistol between the front seats of a vehicle during a traffic stop Tuesday, March 26, shortly after 7 p.m. on US 10 west of Jebavy Drive, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
A 46-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated and carrying a concealed weapon. She remains lodged in the Mason County Jail.

– 5:15 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), alarm activation, 5000 block of US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
– 5:40 a.m., (MCSO), damaged property, 1300 block of South Sherman Road, Pere Marquette Township. The two vehicles were reportedly damaged while parked at a residence.
– 3:24 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 27-year-old Ludington man was arrested for driving while license suspended, East Loomis Street, City of Ludington.
– 9 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Amber Road north of US 10, Amber Township.
