Obituary: Henry Grubb, 78, Bitely.

Henry Edward Grubb, 78, of Bitely, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019.  

Hank was born on November 26, 1940, in Ohio, the son of Elzie and Florence (Fous) Grubb.  He grew up in Greenville and later worked for a concrete construction company in Grand Rapids.  Hank enjoyed hunting, fishing, and mushrooming. He could often be found camping and he loved the outdoors.  

Hank was a quiet man who valued honesty and hard work.  He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

Hank is survived by his daughter, Cindy (Ted) Wilkinson; grandchildren, Tessa Baker, Duane Baker Jr., Chelsey Wilkinson and Kaleb Wilkinson; and great grandchildren, Trenton Wilkinson, Serenity Wilkinson, Brantley Wilkinson, and Abby Turple.  

Preceding Hank in death were his parents, Elzie and Florence Grubb; wife, Edith Grubb; grandchild, Jordan Wilkinson; and brothers, Donald and Robert Grubb.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring.
