LUDINGTON – A 43-year-old Idlewild woman was sentenced to serve four months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, Dec. 4, for a felony of receiving and concealing stolen property $1,000-$20,000.
Anna Marie Hawke, of 137 E. US 10, previously testified that she received and concealed tools, power tools and electronics last March in Fountain.
Hawke, who pleaded guilty last October, has a drug addiction problem, said Mason County Prosecutor Paul Spaniola, and the theft was a result of feeding her addiction.
Restitution totaling $2,463 is joint and several with two co-defendants, said Spaniola.
Hawke, who received credit for two days served in jail, was also ordered to 18 months probation.
She has no prior felonies and three misdemeanor convictions, said Judge Susan K. Sniegowski.
