LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Krajkiewicz

– David Michael Krajkiewicz, 46, no address listed, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: Dec. 12 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Zuber

– Nathan Keur Zuber, 40, of 9325 E. US 10, Branch Township, was arrested by MCSO for a felony of controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: Dec. 12 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Burrell

– Aaron Michael Burrell, 35, of 1241 Park St., Baldwin, was arrested by MCSO for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Preliminary exam: Dec. 12 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanor

– Samantha Rae Figger, 25, of 6588 S. Astorrd, Baldwin; MCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: Dec. 3 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
