Angeline Loretta Krause, 88, of Ludington, passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018.
Angeline was born on December 13, 1929 in Wisconsin, the daughter of Nicholas and Veronica (Banks) Stark. She graduated from Onekama High School in 1947 and married the late Jack Krause. Angeline was a dedicated mother to three daughters. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, sewing, and baking cookies. Angeline had a heart of gold and more patience than most. She loved being a grandmother and spending time with her family. Angeline worked at Lincoln Hills Golf Club for 20 years and worked with her husband at Carrom.
Angeline is survived by her daughters, Suzanne Krause, Jacalyn Krause, and Lynn (Tim) Drayton; grandchildren, Christopher (Jessica) LaPorte, Veronica Lambert, Christa (Mike) Soller Smith, Sharon O’Brien, Kim Kanouse, Diana (Erik) Wierzbowski, Jessica Soller, Jake Soller, Alex Drayton, and Alena Drayton; 10 great- grandchildren, with another on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass from the Order of Christian Funeral will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 2 p.m. at St. Simon Catholic Church, with The Rev. Wayne B. Wheeler, Jr. presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Simon Catholic Church.
