Program will discuss advanced care planning Sept. 28.

LUDINGTON — A collaborative program titled Making Choices Michigan is being organized by a variety of area agencies. The purpose of the program is to provide information and guidance on developing an advanced care plan.  

An informational presentation will be held on Friday, Sept. 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at the Ludington Senior Center, 308 S. Rowe St. During the program, participants can learn about developing an advanced care plan or how they can schedule an appointment to learn more. The event is free and includes lunch. RSVP is required for lunch by calling 231-845-6841.

Making Choices Michigan is a collaborative between Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital, Hospice of Michigan, MediLodge, Oakview Medical Care Facility, Ludington Senior Center, and Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service.
