79th District Court sentencings.

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

– Jordan Michael Sanders, 23, of 305 N. Robert St., Ludington, was found guilty Aug. 21 of prowling – disorderly and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for six months and $285 in fines and costs.

– Paula Sue Forner-Lundberg, 54, of 6431 S. Stiles Rd., Riverton Township, was found guilty Aug. 16 of failure to report an accident and was sentenced to $325 in fines and costs.

– William Martin Wood, 52, of 2583 W. Groth Rd., Victory Township, was found guilty Aug. 16 of driving while license expired and was sentenced to $225 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.

– Douglas James Barclay, 59, of 5120 Mount Maria Rd., Hubbard Lake, Michigan, was found guilty Aug. 16 of fishing with too many lines and was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs.

– Richard Patrick Boylan, 59, of 5313 Dorance Rd., Kingston, Michigan, was found guilty Aug. 16 of fishing with too many lines and was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs.
