Safe Harbor Credit Union observing youth month.

LUDINGTON — Safe Harbor Credit Union, 1200 E. Tinkham Ave., is currently observing youth month with activities the rest of the month.

“Safe Harbor is always focusing on our youth and teaching them the importance of saving for the future,” said Vice President Kyle Gurzynski. “This is why we offer a youth CD at 5.12% annual percentage yield, and we have the Smart Start Program.”

The Smart Start program is for students in school who receive a report card. Safe Harbor will pay for good grades. The student can drop off his/her report card to the membership officers.

 Safe Harbor is holding a celebration for youth month all day in its lobby on Friday April 20 with refreshments and goodies along with games and prizes.

  Safe Harbor offers no minimum balances for accounts.
