LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced for misdemeanor crimes in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
- Mario Padilla, 37, 852 W. Southern Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty on March 29, 2018 for being a disorderly person – urinating in public and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; costs/fine: $285.
- Gustavo Ramos-Martinez, 32, 1840 Wood St., Muskegon, was found guilty on March 29, 2018 for being a disorderly person – urinating in public and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; costs/fine: $285.
- Lloyd Thomas Andersen, 37, 414 Fifth Street, Manistee, was found guilty on April 2, 2018 for allowing a person to drive in violation. He was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for up to one year and is not to operate a motor vehicle until he is legally able to do so; costs/fine: $335.
- Timothy John Thorne, 35, 504 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was found guilty on March 29, 2018 for loud music/disturbing the peace and was sentenced to costs/fine of $285, along with ordered to no longer play loud music and to “respect the peace tranquility of the neighborhood.”
- Noelle Renee Plasterer, 23, 179 Bonnie St., Ludington, was found guilty on March 29, 2018 for having a stray dog/loose/running dog and was sentenced to pay costs/fines of $160.
