Culinary arts students compete in tournament.
VICTORY TOWNSHIP — Over the weekend, the West Shore Educational Service District’s Career and Technical Education culinary arts team competed in Lansing. Last week, MCP visited the students as they were preparing for the tournament. The team consists of students from Ludington High School and Manistee High School. They had a task of making a five star meal, in one hour, using two butane burners. Watch the video for more details.
