LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:
Felonies
– Lee Hamilton Colby, 34, of 6735 E. Butters Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested March 10 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for felonies of first-degree home invasion, four counts of second-degree home invasion, felony firearm, breaking and entering a building with intent and possession of burglary tools. Preliminary exam: March 28 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.
– Chad Fredrick Collins, 26, of 6735 E. Butters Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested March 10 by MCSO for felonies of first-degree home invasion, four counts of second-degree home invasion, felony firearm, breaking and entering a building with intent and possession of burglary tools. Preliminary exam: March 28 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $35,000/cash/surety.
– Alisha Lynn Lemire, 23, of 5988 Orchard Lane, Ludington, was arrested by MCSO for a felony of embezzlement over $1,000. Preliminary exam: March 28 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/personal.
Misdemeanors
– Carl Hugh Weiler, 28, of 1008 N. Brookridge Rd., Ludington; MCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 9a t 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent,
– James Robert Wicks, 51, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington; Ludington Police Department; larceny $200-$1,000. Pretrial: March 26 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
