LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:
Felonies
– Dylan Matthew Singer, 25, of 24627 Lehigh St., Dearborn Heights, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for felonies of computers/Internet – communicating with another to commit a crime, accosting children for immoral purposes and fourth-offense habitual offender designation. Preliminary exam: March 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $35,000/cash/surety.
Misdemeanors
– James Jordan, 20, of 5963 W. 6th St., Pere Marquette Township; Feb. 25; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: March 19 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Terra Lee Stiller, 39, of 332 S. Meyers Rd., Amber Township; Jan. 11; State, Sheriff’s, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); marijuana possession. Pretrial: March 19 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Robert William Peters, 56, of 3743 E. Hansen Rd., Custer Township; Jan. 30; MSP; improper possession of a firearm. Pretrial: March 12 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
