LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Jolly

-Steven Douglas Jolly, 58, of 310 S. Jackson Rd., Ludington, was arrested December 2 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of third-degree child abuse and domestic violence. Preliminary hearing: December 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Vega

-Melissa Rae Vega, 37, of 4744 E. Deer Cove Rd., Eden Township, was arrested November 17 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) on a felony charge of stealing, taking, or removing a financial transaction device; possession of fraudulent or altered financial transaction device. Preliminary hearing: December 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Dana Jo Hull, 46, 6960 E. First St., Branch Twp., was arrested Oct. 30, 2017 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office for assault and battery. Pretrial: Jan. 8, 2018 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500.

-Lori Ann Simmons, 39, of 612 N. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington; December 1; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: December 11 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Erica Kareen Mendez, 35, of 602 E. Fifth St., Ludington; November 1; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: January 8 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Scott William Traeger, 41, of 5724 S. Custer Rd., Eden Township; November 19; Michigan State Police (MSP); domestic violence. Pretrial: December 11 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Andrew David Archey, II, 26, of 6542 E. Decker Rd., Sheridan Township; November 23; MSP; assault and battery. Pretrial: December 11 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Sharon Kay Tushek, 76, of 1007 N. William St., Ludington; October 31; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: December 18 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Dana Jo Hull, 46, of 6960 E. First St., Branch Township; October 30; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); assault and battery. Pretrial: January 8 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Joshua Russell Nicewander, 31, of 6978 N. US 31, Free Soil Township; December 1; MCSO; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: January 8 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jerri Lynn Bertoia, 54, of 2619 N. Benson Rd., Sheridan Township; November 30; MSP; OWI. Pretrial: January 29 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
