HAMLIN TOWNSHIP — The Mason County Sheriff’s Office received a fraud complaint Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 2:38 p.m. in which the victim reported that his or her health savings account card had over $1,500 drawn from it at a Target store in Georgia, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
