Fountain man arrested for second-offense drunk driving.

CUSTER TOWNSHIP — A 32-year-old Fountain man was arrested by Michigan State Police troopers from the Hart post for second-offense operating while intoxicated at Bean and Johnson roads Monday, Oct. 16, at 7:22 p.m., according to Sgt. Charles Hockanson.
The man was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

– 7:30 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, Schoenherr and Decker roads, Custer Township.
– 10:37 a.m., (MCSO), larceny of car batteries, 3700 block of North Reek Road, Sherman Township. The case remains open.
– 3:15 p.m., (MSP), car/dog crash, Pere Marquette Highway and Lentz Road, Pere Marquette Township.
– 7:52 p.m., (MCSO), warrant arrest, 5100 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. A 38-year-old Scottville woman was arrested on an outstanding disorderly person warrant in Mason County.
– 11 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 north of Oceana Drive, Summit Township.
