Police: 13 vehicles entered during break-in.

HAMLIN TOWNSHIP — During an investigation of a vehicle break-in in the Tamarac Park/South Bayou area Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 27, Mason County sheriff’s deputies “found a total of 13 vehicles which had been entered,” said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
“Also during a check of the area, deputies located a suspicious vehicle and later two subjects walking,” the sheriff said. “The case remains under investigation, and two subjects have been identified as possible suspects in this case, which remains under investigation.”

– 3:29 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), breaking and entering, 2800 block of Lakeview Street, City of Ludington.
– 4:50 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, Custer and Townline roads, Free Soil Township.
– 6 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Stiles and Fountain roads, Victory Township.
– 8:20 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 21-year-old Custer man was arrested for marijuana possession, transporting open intoxicants, improper plates, no insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle, US 10 and Amber Road, Amber Township.
– 8:40 a.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Sugar Grove and Dewey roads, Sherman Township.
– 8:58 a.m., (LPD), domestic assault, 900 block of East Tinkham Avenue, City of Ludington.
– 10:35 a.m., (MSP), a 28-year-old Spring Lake man was arresteed on a fugitive warrant, US 31 and County Line Road, Grant Township.
– 10:57 a.m., (MCSO), domestic violence arrest, 5800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. A 26-year-old Ludington woman was arrested after reportedly assaulting her boyfriend.
– 8:43 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, US 31 and Dewey Road, Victory Township.
