LUDINGTON — The Ludington Police Department investigated a criminal sexual conduct (CSC) complaint Tuesday, Sept. 12, at 12:25 p.m. in the 900 block of Conrad Road.

Monday, Sept. 11, 2017:
– 4:55 p.m., (Michigan State Police), assault complaint, US 10 near US 31, Amber Township.
Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017:
– 2 p.m., (MSP), a 33-year-old Manistee man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, 2000 block of County Line Road, Grant Township.
– 4:30 p.m., (MSP), trespassing complaint, under investigation, 5000 block of US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
– 7:30 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), $37 was stolen during a gas drive-off, Wesco East Gate, Pere Marquette Township.
– 9:17 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, US 31 and Meisenheimer Road, Summit Township.
-11:30 p.m. (MCSO), report of a “highly intoxicated” female subject lying on Freeman Road east of US 31. Subject had wondered from her home and was found in the road. Free Soil/Meade Fire Department and EMS also responded.
