Ludington man arrested for third-offense drunk driving.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 59-year-old Ludington man was arrested for third-offense operating while intoxicated by Mason County sheriff’s deputies Wednesday, Sept. 6, at 10:46 p.m. following a traffic stop at US 10 and Jebavy Drive, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017:
– 1:43 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), gas drive-off, $15.03 in fuel stolen, 400 block of East US 10, Scottville EZ Mart, Custer Township.
– 4:42 p.m., (MCSO), larceny, 1200 block of North Gordon Road, Amber Township. A warrant is being sought for a 29-year-old Scottville man.
Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017:
– 6:30 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Mavis Road east of Custer Road, Sherman Township.
– 8:25 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 10 and Tuttle Road, Custer Township.
– 12:38 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injuries, southbound US 31 Freeway near Meisenheimer Road, Summit Township.
– 1:45 p.m., (MCSO), a warrant is being sought for a 31-year-old New Era woman for retail fraud following a 911 call, Goodwill store, 4800 block of West US 10, Amber Township.
