LUDINGTON — A Scottville man pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, heroin, Tuesday in 51st Circuit Court at the Mason County Courthouse.
Eric William Carrol, 33, was arrested March 2, 2017 by the State, Sheriff, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on US 31 expressway in Summit Township.
