LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Gagliardo

-Jeremy Michael Gagliardo, 35, of 3690 N. Taylor Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested Apr. 6 by the State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on felony charges of delivery/manufacture of controlled substance and possession of analogues. Preliminary hearing:  May 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail:  $25,000 cash/surety.

Wheeler

-Stephanie Lynn Wheeler, 24, of 920 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested Apr. 11 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor charges of failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance), operating with a false license, and operating without a license. Preliminary hearing:  May 3 at 11:15 a.m.  Bail:  $25,000 cash/surety.

Burrell

-Reenya Bilal-Clinton Burrell, 25, no address listed, was arrested Apr. 7 by LPD on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and larceny less than $200. Preliminary hearing:  Apr. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail:  $2,500/10 percent.

Lentz

-Rodney Aaron Lentz, 46, of 100 S. Wildwood Crossing, Apt. 17, Amber Township, was arrested Apr. 15 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of third-offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Preliminary hearing:  May 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail:  $10,000/10 percent.

-Robert Steven Cash, 45, of 1028 Brandy Lane, Pere Marquette Township; Apr. 16; LPD; OWI. Pretrial:  May 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail:  $2,500/10 percent.

-Sherece Michele Nehm, 25, of 2447 N. US 31, Victory Township; Apr. 13; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial:  May 15 at 11:45 a.m.  Bail:  $2,500/10 percent.

-Jason Bonham Horb, 22, of 409 E. Fourth St., Apt. 2, Ludington; Apr. 12; SSCENT; possession of marijuana. Pretrial:  May 8 at 2 p.m.  Bail:  $1,500/10 percent.

-Sean Alexander Horb, 24, of 409 E. Fourth St., Apt. 2, Ludington; Apr. 12; SSCENT; possession of marijuana. Pretrial:  Apr. 17 at 2 p.m.  Bail:  $2,500 personal.

-Alberto Mata Estello, 25, of 318 W. Mahl St., Edinburg, TX; Apr. 13; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and improper plates. Pretrial:  May 8 at 9:45 a.m. Bail:  $1,500 personal.

-Jonathan Herman Chambers, 46, of 901 N. Gaylord Ave., Apt. 1, Ludington; Apr. 13; LPD; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and improper plates. Pretrial:  May 8 at 10 a.m. Bail:  $1,500 personal.

-Cody Morgan Denton, 22, of 2630 N. Sherman Rd., Hamlin Township; Apr. 11; MCSO; driving while license suspended and having an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. Pretrial:  May 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail:  $5,000/10 percent.

-Robert Floyd Raczok, 67, of 994 Ripple Creed Rd., Hesperia; Apr. 10; MCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrail:  May 1 at 3:15 p.m. Bail:  $3,500/10 percent.
