The following were recently arraigned in 79^th District Court:

Felonies

  Herrera

  Ryan Lee Herrera, 35, of 3376 N. Custer Rd., Sherman Township, was arrested Mar. 3 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim under 13), first-degree criminal sexual conduct (during a felony), possession of child sexually abusive material, delivery of marijuana, maintaining a drug house, accosting a minor for immoral purposes, and second-offense habitual offender.  Preliminary hearing:  Mar. 22 at 11:15 a.m.  Bail:  $500,000 cash/surety.

  Carroll

  Eric William Carroll, 33, of 207 E. Second St., Scottville, was arrested Mar. 2 by the State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.  Preliminary hearing:  Mar. 22 at 11:15 a.m.  Bail:  $25,000 cash/surety.

  Sheena Marie Skoog, 28, of 6714 S. Lorne Dr., Pentwater, was arrested Mar. 1 by MCSO on a felony charge of furnishing contraband in jail and possession of analogues.  Preliminary hearing:  Mar. 22 at 11:15 a.m.  Bail:  $5,000 personal.

• Brooke Leeann Avery, 24, of 41 43^rd St. SW, Grand Rapids; Mar. 6; Ludington Police Department (LPD); domestic violence.  Pretrial:  Mar. 6 at 1:30 p.m.  Bail:  $2,500 personal.
• Zachery Lee Dezeeuw, 24, of 508 E. Danaher St., Apt. 2, Ludington; Mar. 5; LPD; child endangerment.  Pretrial:  Apr. 3 at 2:15 p.m.  Bail:  $5,000/10 percent.
• Daniel Ray Dunn, 47, of 2302 N. Benson Rd., Sheridan Township; Mar. 2; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating while intoxicated (OWI).  Pretrial:  Apr. 3 at 11:30 a.m.  Bail:  $2,500/10 percent.
• Anna Marie Hawke, 41, of 8542 N. Custer Rd., Free Soil Township; Mar. 1; Scottville Police Department (SPD); third-degree retail fraud (shoplifting).  Pretrial:  Apr. 10 at 1:45 p.m.  Bail:  $2,500/10 percent.
