Probation violation leads to prison.

LUDINGTON — Jeremy Adam Deavey, 30, of 109 E. Foster St., Ludington, was sentenced in 51st Circuit Court on Feb. 2 to serve 18 months to five years in prison for probation violation.

Deavey was originally found guilty of second-degree criminal sexual conduct in January of 2012. In addition to the prison term, he was also ordered to pay $648 in fines and costs.
