The following is police activity over the weekend, Jan. 20-22, 2017:
Friday, Jan. 20, 2017:
– 7:56 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, Fountain Road east of Stephens Road, Sherman Township.
– 11:59 a.m., (MCSO), larceny of Social Security card and birth certificate, 7000 block of North Dennis Road, Grant Township.
Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017:
– 3:44 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), breaking and entering, 1000 block of North Sherman Street, City of Ludington.
– 5:43 a.m., (MCSO), a 21-year-old Custer woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI) as a result of a one-vehicle crash, no injuries, Custer and Cable roads, Custer Township.
– 8:03 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Pere Marquette Highway and Lattin Road, Summit Township.
– 9:30 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 58-year-old Scottville man was arrested for operating without insurance, US 10 and Reek Road, Custer Township.
– 11:27 a.m., (MCSO), a 58-year-old Ludington man was arrested following a traffic stop for second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS), along with a contempt of court warrant issued in Mason County, 3200 block of North Jebavy Drive, Hamlin Township.
– 5:09 p.m., (MCSO), a 33-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for second-offense operating under the influence of drugs (OUID) following a reported “reckless driver” on US 10 who was located and stopped by a deputy, Ludington and Rath avenues, City of Ludington.
– 6:25 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Pere Marquette Highway and Lenz Road, Pere Marquette Township.
Sunday, Jan. 22, 2017:
– 5:50 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Sugar Grove and Schoenherr roads, Sherman Township.
– 1:30 p.m., (MSP), a 24-year-old Scottville woman was arrested for DWLS, US 31 and LaSalle Road, Grant Township.
– 2:10 p.m., (MSP), a 39-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for OUID, Free Soil Road and US 31, Free Soil.
– 5:44 p.m., (MCSO), a 36-year-old Ludington man was arrested following a traffic stop for possession of a controlled substance, US 10 and Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.
– 8 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injuries, Free Soil Road east of Campbell Road, Meade Township.
