PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 22-year-old Free Soil man was arrested by Michigan State Police troopers from the Hart post for possession of crack cocaine and possession of marijuana Saturday, July 9, at 2:50 a.m. on Pere Marquette Highway near Kinney road.
