Linda Marie Saya, 60, of Ludington passed away peacefully on June 24, 2016 at home surrounded by family.
Linda was born in Ludington on October 23, 1955 to Melvin and Pearl (Dietz) Hilden. She attended Ludington High School graduating in 1973. Linda married David Allen Saya on October 23, 1976 in Ludington at St. Stanislaus Church.
She worked as a receptionist for Urka Auto Center for about 10 years. Linda was a devoted member at Beacon Ministries in Scottville.
Linda loved many things, just a few of her favorites were crocheting, singing, her church, her love of family, nature, always being positive and encouraging others, as well as her unconditional love and faith in Jesus, that kept her going every day. She shined bright with positivity, never stopped fighting and never lost hope.
Linda is survived by her husband Dave; daughter Jessica (Joel) Hein; son Joshua Saya; step-daughter Jennifer Satterfield; grandchildren: Keely, Logan, Trent, Kaden, Baylee and Jace; great-grandchild Carter; her parents Melvin and Pearl; sister Gloria; brothers Brian and Mark; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law Mary Agnes Saya.
A celebration of life for Linda will be on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 6 p.m. at Radiant Church in Ludington, with Pastor Tammy Bacon officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation from 4 to 6 p.m. prior to service.
