Dalynn Marie Baldwin, 78, of Pentwater, peacefully passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Oakview Medical Care Facility of Ludington.

Dalynn was born on August 13, 1937.  She was the daughter of the late William and Charlotte Pehrson.

Dalynn attended Ludington High School and graduated with the class of 1954.  She graduated from the Gale Institute in 1957.

Dalynn married Harrison T. Baldwin on July 11, 1959 at the Arlington, Virginia Henderson Hall Chapel.  She managed the Ice Cream Corner in Pentwater during the summer for many years. She enjoyed being a homemaker for her loving husband and two children.

Dalynn enjoyed horseback riding, cooking, gardening, shopping and spending time with her grandchildren.

Dalynn was survived by her husband, Harrison Baldwin, and son Alan (Amy) Baldwin; grandchildren: Amanda (Dave) Lijewski, Alex Baldwin and Nichole Baldwin; brother Dennis Pehrson; great grandchildren: Tori Gancarz and Sophia Lijewski. She also had several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death her parents and son Steven Baldwin; sister Cheryl Kraak; aunts: Margaret Swanson and Frances Peterson; cousin Mary Edel.  

A service with be held in memory of Dalynn on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Oak Grove Funeral Home of Ludington at 11 a.m. There will be a graveside service directly following the service at Pere Marquette Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in memory of Dalynn may be forwarded to the Mason County 4-H Endowment Fund , 102 S. Main, Scottville, MI 49454.
